1702 Index Spacer, 4" Tilting
This 4" tilting index spacer is perfect for small precision detail work on your mini mill.
It features a micro dial for easy movement of the chuck, a 360 degree graduated ring, and easy backlash adjustment.
The jaws are reversible for inside and outside clamping.
There is a 0.984" hole that goes all the way through the indexer.
The index spacer tilts 90 degrees with a graduated ring and a positive lock.
The chuck diameter is 4.3". The center height is 2.75".
The maximum runout of a 20 mm bar held in the chuck, measured 50 mm from the chuck is 0.08 mm (0.003"). The maximum axial runout of a test ring held on the jaws is 0.04 mm (0.0016"). |

This horizontal / vertical rotary table is for indexing, circular cutting, angle setting, boring, and spot facing operations. The meehanite cast iron table is precision machined and has a 2 Morse taper center hole. The table is graduated with a 360° scale. A micro collar graduated to one minute with a ten second accuracy vernier scale is provided. The rotary table has lock down clamps and the crank can be disengaged.
The worm gear and center hole are hardened and ground.
The table is 2.76" high when horizontal, and the centerline is 2.76" above the table when in the vertical position.
The worm ratio is 72 to 1.

This horizontal / vertical rotary table is made of precision machined cast iron and has a 2 Morse taper center hole. The table is graduated with a 360 degree scale. The rotary table is furnished with lock down clamps.
This rotary table comes with an adapter to mount a 3" lathe chuck. It works with both 3- and 4-jaw chucks.
The table is 2.87" high when horizontal, and the centerline is 2.68" above the table when in the vertical position. The body of the table is 5" (crank handle to back) by 5.5" (mounting slot to mounting slot).
The worm ratio is 72 to 1.

The 3 inch 3-Jaw self-centering lathe chuck includes a chuck key, inside and outside jaws, and mounting bolts.
The lathe chuck adapter lets you mount a 3" 3- or 4-jaw lathe chuck on a rotary table with a 2 Morse taper center hole. There is an alignment boss that projects into the tapered hole for quick alignment. It is clamped to the rotary table with T-slot nuts that are included. |
