Description

Nano-Tram allows you to quickly and accurately check and align the spindle of a vertical mill perpendicular to the machine table without disturbing the work set-up.

Inside dimensions for the Nano-Tram Standard Base are 6.5" long x 5.375" high x 4.5" deep. Material thickness is 0.375". The Nano-Tram Top is 3.75" in diameter and has a 0.500" diameter shank..

This set is a good choice for the mini mill.

The Nano-Tram products make tramming a small mill a piece of cake. The Nano-Tram base provides the perfect surface for an indicator. Or use the Nano-Tram top and you don't need an indicator at all. Simply lower the Nano-Tram top to the Nano-Tram base or to the mill table and check the tram with a 0.001" feeler gage or strips of thin paper.

Sherline mills without risers need to use the Nano-Tram Low Profile Base.

The Nano-Tram Combos include both a Nano-Tram base and a Nano-Tram top.
