Truck Shipments Delayed
Update August 21: Because of a recent flurry of orders and because we're short-handed due to COVID-19 limitations, we currently have about a 2-3 day backlog of machine orders to be shipped by truck. (We normally pack and ship your order the day after we receive it.) In addition, some carriers have limited their routes, further complicating and delaying machine orders.
We appreciate your understanding and your patience. We hope to be back to our usual speedy selves by September.

Here in our warehouse, we’re wearing masks, maintaining safe distances, and disinfecting frequently. Some of our employees continue to work from home.

Our Store Remains Closed
For the health and safety of our customers and employees, our physical store and showroom remains closed to visitors until the COVID-19 threat abates.
Orders for Curbside Pickup
We’re pleased to offer “curbside pickup” of orders you place online or by phone. There is no shipping or handling charge for orders you pick up. We’ll leave your order outside our front entrance for you to pick up.
To place your curbside-pickup order on our website, choose Local Pickup as the shipping option on the Checkout page. You must pay in full before pickup, so we don't have to handle your credit card when you arrive.
Orders placed by 9:00 AM will be ready for pickup by 1:00 PM. Orders placed by 2:00 PM will be ready for pickup by 4:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ready for pickup by 1:00 PM the next business day. If you want to pick it up sooner, please give us a call after you place your order.
If your order includes a machine, we can use our forklift to place it in the open bed of your pickup truck. Sorry, but if you have any other type of vehicle, we cannot help you to get the machine into your car or truck. Bring a friend (or two!) to help, as these machines are not light. (Check the Specifications tab of the machine you’re ordering to see the crated weight.)

No Service Guarantee on UPS Shipments
Due to the pandemic, UPS has suspended their service guarantee for all shipments. While they still have a "commitment" to deliver on their usual schedule (1-5 business days on ground shipments in the US, depending on your distance from southern California; 1, 2, or 3 days on expedited services such as 2nd Day Air), there is no guarantee at this time. That means if they don't meet their commitment, they will not refund the shipping cost -- nor will we. You can read more about UPS' policy here.
Delivery Delays for USPS ShipmentsAccording to USPS, "Priority Mail's two and three day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectively. First-Class Package Service (FCPS) two and three day service commitments will also be extended to three and four days respectively." These commitments are not guarantees. In the past few months, we've seen a few packages -- particularly packages to destinations outside the United States -- delayed for several weeks. The good news is that they do get delivered eventually.
