STW20NK50Z Power MOSFET transistor (formerly IRFP460).

This component is used in the speed controls of the mini lathe and mini mill. Several different part numbers have been used over the years, but the STW20NK50Z has the capacity to replace any of the components that have been used.

These MOSFET power transistors are used in boards with identification numbers starting with FC. They are not used in boards with identification numbers starting with XMT.
