GTx-2 inserts have a 2mm (0.087") cutting width.

GTN inserts are "neutral" and straight across the cutting edge.

GTR inserts are "right" and leave the clean cut on the right.

GTL inserts are "left" and leave the clean cut on the left.

Make sure you get the correct inserts and retaining screws for your indexable turning tools.
