In this four-hour seminar, held in conjunction with Cabin Fever Expo 2011, we’ll set up and test a LittleMachineShop.com model 3501 (KX1) CNC milling machine. We’ll install the Mach software, make all configuration settings, run motor tuning, make calibration and backlash measurements, and use the mill to make a part. We’ll explain each step and show the tests needed to insure the machine is reliable and makes accurate parts.
In addition the seminar by CNC expert Ron Ginger and Mach software developer Brian Barker will introduce the new Mach V4 screens and will fully cover their use.
At the end of the seminar a drawing will be held with each person registered for the seminar holding one ticket. The winner will receive the 3501 mill, the computer, and Mach software. You do not need to be present to win.
The machine will be used on Saturday and Sunday as part of the Mach exhibit. The winner may take the machine on Sunday afternoon. Any shipping expenses from the show will be paid by the winner.
The seminar is limited to the first 70 people that register. Register by purchasing this "product".

If this is the only product you order, choose Free Shipping so there is no shipping charge. (We will make this change if you don't.)
The winner is responsible for crating (if required) and shipping from York, PA. We will assist in loading into an SUV or truck. The crate in which the machine arrived will be available for use.
