Collection: End Mill Holders

An end mill holder is a mechanical device that securely clamps an end mill (or other cutting tool) between the machine spindle and the tool, ensuring precision, stability, and efficient power transfer during milling operations

In a milling setup, the end mill holder is:

  • Installed in the spindle – it locks into the spindle’s taper
  • Clamps the end mill – via a collet or other mechanism, gripping the tool’s shank.
  • Transmits torque – from the spindle to the cutting tool for cutting action
  • Maintains alignment – ensuring the tool’s axis matches the spindle axis for accuracy

An end mill holder is made from hardened alloy steel, precision‑ground to tight tolerances, and is available in multiple internal bore sizes (commonly from 1/4" to 3/4") to match different tool shanks
