Refund policy

LittleMachineShop.com has a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged, and in its original packaging. 

If a mistake was made on our part, or the item is being returned under our warranty, return shipping will be paid by us. If you changed your mind or made a mistake in ordering return shipping will be your responsibility.

In either case we can provide a shipping label for convenience and likely less cost, which will simple be deducted from refund in cases where return shipping is not covered.


You can start a return in TWO ways:

1.   Log into your LittleMachineShop.com account (https://account.littlemachineshop.com), and proceed to the order you want to return, and click "Request return" within that order. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. Click "Request return". You will receive a notification your return has been submitted and information on next steps.

2.   Contact us at INFO@littlemachineshop.com. Provide your order number, product impacted, and a brief description of issue. We'll generate the return request on our end but may need to contact you for additional information. Ultimately though we'll work to guide you through a satisfactory resolution.

After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or wish to make an exchange for a different item, simply make a separate purchase for the new item and return the item you don't want.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
