Mist coolant spray unit & one pint of Kool Mist coolant. Ideal for turning, drilling, milling, sawing, and grinding and a variety of other applications using water or coolants. Kool Mist 77 coolant is highly recommended for mist cooling any metal or alloy where tougher machine conditions require greater lubricity. It is particularly useful where the material is very abrasive.

The spray unit features an adjustable nozzle and adjustable spray volume for precise aim and flow control. The hose is easily shaped to locate your spray at the precise location needed.

Three 5mm mounting holes in the base provide flexibility in locating the unit. Brass nozzle and knobs prevent rust, and surfaces are knurled for easy control. A removable strainer prevents clogs.

Air and coolant intakes use a push-type attachment. The air intake is 8mm and the liquid intake is 4mm. The fluid hose included has a 2.5mm internal diameter, a backflow preventer and a filter. Use with standard air compressor (not included) with pressure range of 30 - 150 PSI.

The system is suitable for use with any type of soluble coolant or oil (non-corrosive). Use with fluids having a viscosity at 68 cst or less. The system is suitable for use with any type of soluble coolant or oil.

Kool Mist 77 is 100% synthetic and biodegradable and meets the requirements of OSHA & EPA. This coolant will not cause rancidity or buildup and creates no rust or corrosion when diluted with clean water. Workpieces and machine parts remain clean and unstained.
