Mounting Disc, Compound Rest, Bench Lathe 

Disc base for the compound rest on the HiTorque 8.5x20 and SIEG SC4 bench lathes.

A scale is mounted onto this disc to measure degrees of rotation.

The disc fits into a base plate and the compound rest top is mounted to the top of this disc.
