Description

Use 82 degree countersinks for deburring and for flat head screws.

Size 0 Cutting Diameter Range 1/16" to 15/64"
Size 1 Cutting Diameter Range 5/32" to 13/32"
Size 2 Cutting Diameter Range 3/16" to 17/32"
Size 3 Cutting Diameter Range 5/16" to 25/32"
Size 4 Cutting Diameter Range 9/16" to 1-3/32"

Sizes 0, 1, and 2 have a 1/4" diameter shank. Sizes 3 and 4 have a 1/2" diameter shank.

These countersinks can be resharpened with a small, mounted grinding wheel in the hole.
