Description

·      Add precision depth control to your turning, threading, grooving, etc. operations by using your dial indicator to precisely measure cross-slide travel. Also incorporates a carriage stop and lock.

 

Mount this prism rail to your mini-lathe's cross-slide and secure the dial indicator holder on the rail. Mount the stop on your mini lathe's cross-slide and use your dial indicator to record cross-slide movement. Very helpful on older or worn machines with less reliable handwheel measurements. 

  • Installs easily with no drilling or modification to the carriage. 
  • Incorporates a carriage lock.
  • All parts are made of aluminum.
  • Designed for most 7x mini lathes with H-shaped saddles (SIEG).
  • Uses standard 2" Indicator with lug back.
