Carriage handwheel protective sleeve on the HiTorque bench lathes and SIEG SC4 lathes. This part is found on the parts drawing as #258 or #330 on different models.
The sleeve is in the carriage handwheel assembly and surrounds the carriage handwheel shaft (Drawing part # 259).
