M8 nylon insert self-locking lock nut found on numerous machines to secure handwheels and handles.

Chris' Tips

Use one of these nuts to replace the two jam nuts on the hand wheel ends of the X- and Y-axis feed screws on the mini mill.

They will make adjustment easier and maintain the adjustment better.
