Plastic plugs to fill wiring holes if not used. Found on the HiTorque large bench mill column (SIEG SX3.5), HiTorque large bench lathe control box (SIEG SC4) and HiTorque LED display mini lathes (SIEG SX20).
Typically the plus is used when a machine is upgraded and the old wiring or control is no longer used.
