Harlingen 5 piece double cut carbide rotary burr set – 6mm shank. Designed for shaping, grinding, and deburring various metals including cast iron, steel, copper, brass, and other ferrous metals.
5 different shapes and sizes of burrs (SA1225, SC1225, SF1225, SG1225, SD1210) are provided to achieve precise contours and finishes. Different burr shapes (cylinder, ball nose, cone, pointed, etc.) are included in a set to tackle various tasks like smoothing edges, creating rounded corners, carving intricate details, and reaching tight spaces.
For each shape, the nomenclature is as follows:
SA1225 S = Shape, A= Cylindrical Plain End, 12 = Diameter of Cutting Head, 25 = Length of Cutting Head
Manufactured from high performance carbide (K25) which is very hard and durable. Advanced manufacturing insures precise flute uniformity and vibration free cutting action. All bits are double cut making them ideal for harder materials such as steel, stainless steel, titanium, etc. This also allows for rapid stock removal and create a smoother finish than single cut.
