Description

Bench lathe spindle spider. Made for LittleMachineShop.com and designed specifically for the HiTorque 9x20 and SIEG SC50 bench lathe spindle.

Use this spider to support long stock extending out the back of the spindle. The spider has a 1" (25 mm) diameter capacity with four adjustment screws sized M6x20.

Mount on back of spindle by removing and replacing one of the M33x1.5 spindle locking nuts (6599). Once attached to spindle, stock is secured by four cap screws.

* NOTE: Requires having change gear door open during operation and unscrewing safety latch key (6117) from door and inserting into "auto-stop" safety mechanism. Mounted Spider shown is for mini lathe.
