Description
This tailstock turret tool holder comes equipped with three heads, 1 drill chuck, 1 live center, and 1 die holder.
Each head is mounted to the turret by a threaded post 1/2" x 20TPI. The drill chuck is rated for 1.5mm - 13mm (0.06" - 0.51"). The chuck comes with a chuck key.
The die holder supports standard 13/16" diameter round dies and has three tightening screws. The die holder head has a center bore that is 40mm in depth (approx. 1.5") for cutting external threads up to that length. An Allen wrench is included for locking the die.
The turret has a slight ratchet to ensure that the tool is positioned correctly in relation to the quill.
In addition, the holder comes with a 3MT sleeve that slides over the 2MT arbor for use on machines with a 3MT tailstock. This sleeve is accompanied by a quick removal wedge.
