Turning Tools, 5/16" Indexable, 5 Piece Set

5/16" 5 Piece Indexable Turning Tool Set. Set comes with 5 turning tool holders, fitted with replaceable tungsten carbide tips (TCMT 21.5) for superior surface finish and long tool life. Tools have silver finish.

The set allows for a variety of operations, left and right hand turning, facing, and chamfering at a variety of angles. 

• STJCR – For turning outside diameter and shoulder face at 90⁰ from RH side with 93⁰ approach angle for turning and 27⁰ approach angle for facing and corner relieves required for grinding.
  
• STJCL – For turning outside diameter and shoulder face at 90⁰ from LH side with 93⁰ approach angle for turning and 27⁰ approach angle for facing and corner relieves required for grinding.
  
• STECN – For turning 60⁰ “V” tool for recess, grooves, and 60⁰ chamfer on both RH/LH sides
  
• STBCR – For turning 75⁰ through diameter from RH side with 75⁰ approach angle and for 45⁰ chamfer from LH side.
  
• STBCL - For turning 75⁰ through diameter from LH side with 75⁰ approach angle and for 45⁰ chamfer from RH side.

Turning tools come in a plastic case and come with the necessary Torx key. Replacement screw size is M2.5 X T8. A good range of tooling for the home or professional turner.
