Bench Lathe Tooling Package, Deluxe

This package contains all the tooling you need to be productive with your lathe on the first day you own it. It works with the LittleMachineShop.com HiTorque 9x20 bench lathes as well as other SC50 lathes. 

• The 1/2" capacity professional grade drill chuck (3153) is mounted on a 2MT arbor (2955). The rated capacity is 1 mm (0.039") to 13 mm (0.512"). Runout specification of 0.004" (0.10 mm) or less. Number 33 Jacobs taper mount. All working parts are hardened. Chuck key included.
• 3/8" 5 Piece Indexable Turning Tool Set (6779). Set comes with 5 turning tool holders, fitted with replaceable tungsten carbide tips (TCMT 21.5) for superior surface finish and long tool life. Tools have silver finish.
• 1/2" diameter indexable boring bar (1780) uses CCMT inserts and is 6" long. The minimum bore diameter for this is 0.625". The boring bar takes CCMT 32.51 or CCMT 32.52 inserts.
• One size P1 cut-off blade made from HSS. Width: 1/16", Height: 1/2", Length: 4-1/2". These blades are considered T-Shaped and provide great side clearance (1929).
• 5-piece combined drills and countersinks (center drills). The center drill set is high speed steel and includes sizes 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. These are 60-degree center drills. These are the sizes that are most used by bench top machinists (1230).
