Description

Wedge type quick change tool post.

This quick change tool post is designed for lathes with up to 12" swing.

This tool post mounts with an 9/16"-18 threaded stud , which is included.

All working parts are hardened and ground. It is completely sealed for maintenance-free operation.

This tool post has 250-100 or 250-111 on it.

Chris's Tips

This QCTP is not always a bolt-on accessory for every lathe.

For an 8"- 8 1/2" swing HiTorque bench lathe from LMS (SIEG SC4) with installed turret post, add a Compound Rest Top, 8.5x20 Bench Lathe for AXA QCTP (4914)

For 9" swing HiTorque bench lathe from LMS (SIEG SC50) it is a bolt-on accessory with the addition of our Quick-Change Tool Post Conversion Kit, AXA for 9x20 Bench Lathe (6728)

For other 9" swing bench lathes it is a bolt-on accessory with the addition of our Stud, AXA QCTP, for Grizzly/JET/Harbor Freight 9x20 Lathes (3712)

For a mini-Lathe (7"X) you can use one of our modified compound rest bottoms (1777 OR 1881) that has been milled down 1/4" to use this QCTP on a min lathe.
